Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a vacuum treatment method for high-aluminum ultralow-carbon steel. The method includes the steps that a vacuum furnace is vacuumized to 150 Pa, and then an aluminum end deoxidizer and a refining agent are added; conventional alloying is performed, and within 5 min after alloying, a desulfurizing agent is added; 15 min after addition of the desulfurizing agent, the vacuum degree will be increased; Ca-Al alloy is added into the vacuum furnace, and cyclic treatment is performed for 5 min or longer; vacuum breaking and casting are performed. By means of the method, the calcium yield can be increased, splashing or secondary oxidation is avoided in the calcium line feeding process, ingredients are easy to control in the calcium treatment process, the calcium treatment effect is stable, the smelting period can be shortened, and through denaturation of inclusions in the steel, the cleanness and continuous casting performance of molten steel are effectively improved.
