Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a specific primer for detecting key molecule content mediated by TLR2/4 in an NF-kappa B signal channel. According to the sequence, the sequence of the specific primer for carrying out quantification PCR on TLR9 is shown as SEQ ID NO : 1 and SEQ ID NO : 2, and the sequence and one section of pig TLR9mRNA are complementary. Experiment time is effectively shortened, and using of expenditure is lowered.
