The device for removing the iron and manganese from the underground water through the manganese sand fluidized bed-ultrafiltration and ultraviolet disinfection comprises a control chamber, a manganese sand fluidized bed-ultrafiltration chamber and an ultraviolet disinfection chamber, a water inlet pipe is arranged in the manganese sand fluidized bed-ultrafiltration chamber, a rotary membrane turntable and a stirring device are arranged in the manganese sand fluidized bed-ultrafiltration chamber, manganese sand in the manganese sand fluidized bed-ultrafiltration chamber is fluidized under the stirring action of the rotary membrane turntable and the stirring device, oxides formed by oxidizing iron and manganese ions in the underground water are intercepted by the rotary membrane turntable, suspended-state ferromanganese oxides and manganese sand are separated due to different sedimentation performances, and ultrafiltration water coming out from the manganese sand fluidized bed-ultrafiltration chamber is disinfected by the ultraviolet disinfection chamber.
