Roller belt conveyor

The invention discloses a roller belt conveyor. The roller belt conveyor comprises a middle frame, supporting legs, a transmission drum, a transmission drum driving device, a conveyor belt, a ball screw transmission device, an upper roller assembly, a return roller assembly and a turnabout drum. The conveyor belt is wound around the transmission drum, the upper roller assembly, the turnabout drum and the return roller assembly sequentially and then is sewn end to end. The upper roller assembly comprises a horizontal roller and an adjustable roller groove angle device, wherein the horizontal roller is provided with a roller bearing explosion prevention device; the adjustable roller groove angle device is installed adjacent to the horizontal roller and adjusts the wrap angle of the conveyor belt through the ball screw transmission device. The conveyor achieves adjustable conversion of conveying of bagged materials and bulk materials; in addition, when conveying the bulk materials, as the conveyor belt is folded towards the middle, the materials will not be scattered, and the burden of working staff is relieved. The usage conditions of roller bearings can be conveniently observed, observation, maintenance and replacement are facilitated, and safety performance is greatly improved.
