The bagged flour conveying and shaping machine comprises a conveying-in device, a machine body, a shaping device and a conveying-out device, wherein the conveying-in device is located on the left side of the machine body, the shaping device is located in the middle of the machine body, and the conveying-out device is located on the right side of the machine body. The cross section of the machine body is ]-shaped, and the shaping device comprises a driving roller, a driven roller, a shaping motor, a shaping conveying belt, a side shaper and a top shaper. When the bagged flour conveying and shaping machine works, a horizontal shaping air cylinder extends out and extrudes bagged flour from the periphery, a vertical shaping air cylinder extends out and extrudes the bagged flour from the top, the rightmost side of the conveying-in device is located above the leftmost side of the shaping conveying belt, and springs are evenly arranged on two sides of the lower portion of the conveying-out device. The problem that the shaping adaptation to different-sized-bagged flour of an existing flour shaping device is not high is solved, and shaping efficiency is higher.
