Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a solid tyre flat car steering shaft. The solid tyre flat car steering shaft is characterized in that the steering shaft comprises a flat plate and a steering shaft body; an embedded type conical sleeve is arranged in the middle of the flat plate, and the embedded conical sleeve and a washer are sequentially arranged on the upper portion of the steering shaft body; the washer is fixed through a round nut, and the lower portion of the steering shaft body is connected with a rotating component. Compared with the prior art, the solid tyre flat car steering shaft has the advantages that the service cycle is long, repairing cost is low, repairing time is short, efficiency is obviously improved, overhaul workload is obviously lowered, overhaul time is effectively shortened, labor intensity is effectively lowered, and uncertain dangers in the overturning process are reduced; the operation frequency of overturning matched with overhaul in the car running process in production operation is lowered, and the contradiction that a damaged flat car needs to be overhauled while no time exists when production is busy is effectively avoided; meanwhile, quality objections caused by damaging of the appearance quality of coiled sheets in the overturning process of the flat car due to field condition limit are avoided.
