Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a carbon fiber wound graphite cylinder and a machining process thereof. The carbon fiber wound graphite cylinder comprises a graphite cylinder body and carbon fibers, wherein the carbon fibers wind the outer surface of the graphite cylinder body, and adopt one or a combination of more of loop line carbon fibers, inclined line carbon fibers and plain carbon fibers; the specific layer quantity and the winding sequence of the carbon fibers are determined according to the stress condition of the graphite cylinder body; and in a machining process, the carbon fibers winds the graphite cylinder body and are cured through resin. According to the carbon fiber wound graphite cylinder, the resistance to annular tensile stress or axial tension caused by inner pressure and torque and bending moment caused by radial external force of the graphite cylinder are improved, and the permeation resisting property of the graphite cylinder is improved. |
