The invention discloses a pattern measuring clamping plate for a tire vulcanizing mould. The clamping plate comprises a metal plate body, and the lower end face of the metal plate body is in an arc shape with the radius ranging from 400mm to 900mm; two to five pattern block clamping grooves with the depth ranging from 10mm to 30mm are formed in the arc-shaped end face; two or four pattern block clamping grooves are formed symmetric about the two sides of the central line of the metal plate body; in the three or five pattern block clamping grooves, the central pattern block clamping groove is formed in the central line of the metal plate body, and the remaining pattern block clamping grooves are formed symmetric about the two sides of the central line of the metal plate body; and a handle groove for hang holding is formed in the upper portion of the metal plate body. Compared with an existing manner that through a measuring scale, the mold is measured and checked, the measuring accuracy and measuring efficiency can be greatly improved.
