The invention relates to an automatic riveting head pretensioning machine which comprises a machine frame, a pretensioning hydraulic cylinder, a first sliding block, a sliding block base, a pretensioning driven gear, a riveting head lower mold, a pretensioning driving gear, a pretensioning driving shaft, a second sliding block, a first support, a riveting head hydraulic cylinder and a servo motor. The first sliding block is arranged on the sliding block base in a sliding mode. One end of the first sliding block is connected with the pretensioning hydraulic cylinder. A driven shaft is fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the other end of the first sliding block and sleeved with the pretensioning driven gear. The pretensioning driving shaft penetrates through the other side of a base plate of the machine frame. The pretensioning driving gear is fixed to the upper end of the pretensioning driving shaft. The riveting head lower mold is fixed to the base plate of the machine frame. A second sliding block is arranged on the base plate of the machine frame through a guide rail in a sliding mode. The first support is arranged at the upper end of the second sliding block through a guide rail in a sliding mode. The riveting head hydraulic cylinder is fixed to the first support. According to the automatic riveting head pretensioning machine, the occupied place is small, manual intervention is small, and the product quality can be effectively improved.
