Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a micro-nano ZnO/composite cellulose strip material. The method is as follows: using a ZnCl2 aqueous solution as a moistening and swelling agent and a solvent of cellulose and a zinc source of nano ZnO, using dissolving pulp cellulosic fibers as cellulose raw materials, moistening, swelling and partially dissolving the cellulose raw materials, performing injection eutectoid and hydrothermal synthesis and then freeze-drying, so as to prepare the micro-nano ZnO/cellulose strip material which uses raw cellulosic fibers and regenerated cellulose fibers as carriers. As the ZnCl2 aqueous solution is used as the moistening and swelling agent and the solvent of cellulose and the zinc source of nano ZnO, no additional cellulose solvent is required, and the preparation process is clean and environment-friendly; in addition, after cellulose is moistened, swelled and partially dissolved, hydroxyls and zinc ions of the cellulose molecules are combined, which promotes the generation of nano ZnO, and the hydrothermal synthesis temperature is obviously reduced, therefore, the preparation process has the energy saving advantage. |
