The invention discloses a process method and process equipment for cleaning a tubular ultrafiltration membrane by dissolved gas water. The process method comprises a technology of promoting sewage to separate from a linear ultrafiltration membrane, and the invention also provides equipment for cleaning the tubular ultrafiltration membrane by dissolved gas water. The equipment for cleaning the tubular ultrafiltration membrane by dissolved gas water consists of a cleaning pipe (1) provided with radial small holes (2), sewage inlets (3), a linear ultrafiltration membrane (4), an ultrafiltration pipe body (5), concentrated water outlets (6) and conditioning water outlets (7). Dissolved gas water is introduced into the cleaning pipe (1) and is discharged from the radial small holes (2) of the cleaning pipe, and the sewage is separated from the linear ultrafiltration membrane by utilizing the shock generated by bursting of bubbles, so that the effect of the cleaning the linear ultrafiltration membrane (4) is achieved, the cleaned sewage is discharged from the concentrated water outlets (6) along with water. The process method and the process equipment are used for solving the technical problem that the tubular ultrafiltration membrane cannot be cleaned thoroughly.
