Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a preparation method of a hydroxyapatite-enhanced keratin composite aggregate. The method specifically comprises the following steps: adding hydroxyapatite powder to a keratin solution which is extracted from a natural keratin fiber by a reduction method, and mixing the hydroxyapatite powder with the keratin solution evenly through ultrasonic dispersion; injecting a mixed solution into a mold, rapidly freezing, and then obtaining a hydroxyapatite/keratin composite porous material through a freeze-drying method; and soaking the composite porous material into a PBS (poly butylenes succinate) (pH=7.4) solution, carrying out enhancing treatment, and then carrying out freeze-drying again to obtain the hydroxyapatite-enhanced keratin composite aggregate with good mechanical property. Compared with an un-enhanced hydroxyapatite/keratin composite porous material, the enhanced composite scaffold is not fragile; the compressive strength range is 200-800KPa; the requirements of the mechanical property of a non-bearing skeleton in short-term repairing and using processes can be met; and application of the hydroxyapatite/keratin composite biological scaffold material as a bone substitution material is promoted. |
