Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a fermented traditional Chinese medicine composition containing cnidium monnieri, folium artemisiae argyi and radix sophorae flavescentis. The fermented traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises 18-23 parts of cnidium monnieri, 15-20 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 15-20 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 10-15 parts of rheum palmatum, 15-22 parts of cortex mori and 10-15 parts of areca catechu. The fermented traditional Chinese medicine composition can be prepared into a fermented extracting solution. A preparation method for the fermented traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following steps: (1), weighing all traditional Chinese medicines according to formula dosage, smashing, and screening through a 60-mesh sieve for standby application; (2), preparing a fermentation medium according to the ratio that 1000 ml of LB liquid medium is added into 50-100 g of the traditional Chinese medicine mixture; sterilizing for 20 minutes at 121 DEG C, and adding 10-20% (w/w) bacillus subtilis for fermenting, and culturing for 24-48 h at 34-38 DEG C, wherein the LB liquid medium comprises 10 g of peptone, 5 g of yeast powder, 10 g of sodium chloride and 1000 ml of water; (3), adding water in the fermentation liquid, wherein amount of water is 8-10 times of that of the fermentation liquid, extracting for two times by slow fire and extracting for 5-20 minutes each time; (4), mixing the extracting solutions, filtering, and concentrating the filtrate until the volume of the filtrate is 10-50% of the original volume of the filtrate, so as to obtain the fermented extraction solution; (5), packaging so as to obtain the finished product. |
