Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a producing and processing method of a low-toxic cassava slice used for feed. The method comprises the following steps of washing, residue removing, slicing, water bath soaking, drying, cooling and packing. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the content of hydrocyanic acid of the cassava slice produced by using the method is lower than 40 mg/kg, and requirements of the beast and bird feed for the content of the hydrocyanic acid can be met; the producing and processing processes of the cassava slice are not affected by weather and are suitable for industrialized production; according to the producing and processing method of the cassava slice, the yield of the cassava slice is high, and the dry matter recycle rate can reach to more than 99%. |
