The reaction type anti-microbial cationic monomer obtained through synthesis has the good anti-microbial function on escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus and contains a reaction type active group and a quaternary ammonium cation anti-bacterial group so that the reaction type anti-microbial cationic monomer and a monomer containing an unsaturated bond can conduct copolymerization, and then different kinds of anti-microbial resin or different anti-microbial materials are obtained; in this way, quaternary ammonium cations can be well distributed in the anti-microbial material and are not prone to being dissolved out from the anti-microbial materials, and good durability is achieved.
