Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preimpregnated yarn made of a bundle of reinforcement fibre filaments, wherein the reinforcement fibre filaments are impregnated with 0.1 to 4 wt% of a first resin composition and are at least partially connected by means of the first resin composition and wherein the first resin composition contains at least a urethane resin H1, which is produced from a reaction of a bifunctional aromatic epoxide compound based on bisphenol A, an aromatic polyisocyanate, and a polyalkylene glycol, and an oxyalkylated bisphenol A resin H2, H1 and H2 are present in a weight ratio of 1 to 15, and the mixture of resins H1 and H2 has a viscosity of 10 to 10,000 Pas at room temperature. The preimpregnated yarn has a second resin composition on the outside of the bundle in the form of adhering particles or drops which are solid at room temperature. The second resin composition has a melting temperature in the range of 80 to 150 DEG C and is present in a concentration of 0.5 to 14 wt% on the outside of the bundle. The bundle interior and at least 40% of the area of the outside of the bundle are free of the second resin composition. |
