Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a novel solid-state relay (SSR). The novel SSR is characterized in that an input end comprises an infrared light-emitting diode (LED), a pin2 of the input end is connected with the "positive" pole of the infrared LED, and a pin3 and a pin4 of the input end are connected with the "negative" pole of the infrared LED; an output end comprises an antiparallel integrated light control semiconductor control rectifier (SCR) and a triac, the output end comprises the light control SCR and the triac, and the "positive" pole and "negative" pole of the light control SCR are respectively connected with a G pole and a T2 pole of the triac; a T1 pole and the T2 pole of the triac are connected with a pin6 and a pin8 of the output end; the infrared LED, light control SCR and triac are all in the same plane; and the middle between the input end and output end is encapsulated by internal encapsulation of transparent or semitransparent resin and an outer black encapsulating material. The novel SSR improves the electro magnetic compatibility (EMC), and voltage resistance of the medium between the input and output is improved.
