Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for reusing a decommissioned lithium ion power battery. The method comprises a first step of disassembling a decommissioned battery pack into standard modules; a second step of checking the appearance, voltage, internal resistance and capacity of the standard modules, and removing substandard modules; a third step of standing the standard modules for T1 time, and then testing a polarization voltage U1 of the modules; a fourth step of according to the U1, classifying the modules into N stages, namely, U1-1, U1-2, and the like, and U1-N; a fifth step of standing the modules for T2 time, then testing a voltage U2 of the modules, and removing modules of large self discharge; and a sixth step of grouping the modules of each U1 voltage stage according to capacity so as to be reused. Due to stage classification of polarization voltage, polarization voltage drop and self discharge voltage drop are distinguished effectively, the screening efficiency of self discharge batteries is improved, and the grouping consistency of reused battery modules is improved. |
