Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a composite conductor which is hard to break a line and hard to strip a core from a cladding layer. The composite conductor is composed of a core including a titanium or a titanium alloy, a cladding layer including a copper and being provided to clad an outer periphery of the core, and an intermetallic compound layer being formed by diffusions of the titanium or titanium alloy included in the core and the copper included in the cladding layer, and being provided between the core and the cladding layer.
