Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is a human brain tissue high-dimension visualization method. The method comprises the following steps: step S1, carrying out fiber probability tracking on human brain nerve fibers; step S2, calculating gray scale values of each tissue of a human brain, and finishing three-dimensional reconstruction of each tissue of the human brain, including blood vessels, cortices and bones, by use of an area growth algorithm; step S3, performing fine segmentation on the human brain cortices and fibers obtained in the step S1 and the step S2 by use of Freesurfer software by taking function areas as references, processing each tissue of the human brain, and storing each processing tissue in a three-dimensional figure file; and step S4, carrying out three-dimensional curved surface registration positioning on the three-dimensional figure file of each tissue of the human brain, obtained in the step S3 so as to realize selective display and transparency and color arrangement of the tissues. The human brain tissue high-dimension visualization method provided by the invention is more accurate in fiber distribution and effectively realizes segmentation of the function areas of the human brain.
