The construction method of the three-dimensional coronary artery analysis model comprises the following steps of acquiring a two-dimensional tomoscan image of a heart; extracting a two-dimensional tomoscan image of a coronary artery blood vessel from the two-dimensional tomoscan image of the heart; carrying out three-dimensional reconstruction on the two-dimensional tomoscan image of the coronary artery blood vessel so as to obtain a three-dimensional coronary artery blood vessel model; based on the three-dimensional coronary artery blood vessel model, establishing the three-dimensional coronary artery analysis model used for engineering calculation. By using the method and the system, accuracy of three-dimensional coronary artery analysis model construction can be increased. |
