Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method and system for preventing reel sinking deformation of galvanized steel reels. The method includes the steps that respective finite element grid cell node models with helical curve characteristics are built according to the specifications and the steel types of the galvanized steel reels, respective finite element calculating models are further built in cooperation with tension reeling curves, then respective reel sinking deformation critical load values of the galvanized steel reels are calculated through the respective finite element calculating models, and a reel sinking deformation critical load library is constructed in a systematic way. The reel sinking deformation critical load library is transmitted to a stacking control system to be read and used, so that the stacking control system optimizes the stacking positions of the galvanized steel reels in practical production, and the reel sinking deformation probability and the reel sinking deformation times of the galvanized steel reels, in particular to the galvanized steel reels sensitive to reel sinking deformation, in the stacking process and the long-distance transport process are effectively reduced.
