The invention discloses a moisture sensing system of a microwave resonance cavity. The system comprises a microwave generating and measuring device, the microwave resonance cavity, a microwave resonance cavity negative electrode and a computer, wherein the microwave generating and measuring device is constituted by a microwave generator and a microwave measurer; the microwave resonance cavity conducts the microwave resonance; the computer outputs commands and conducts logic operation; the microwave resonance cavity negative electrode and the microwave resonance cavity are each vacant microwave resonance cavity body with one end open and the other end closed, the open end of the microwave resonance cavity negative electrode and the open end of the microwave resonance cavity are oppositely arranged, so that a microwave cavity resonator is formed, the system further comprises materials to be detected which are placed between the open end of the microwave resonance cavity and the microwave resonance cavity negative electrode, the microwave generating and measuring device comprises a control circuit board arranged in a cavity, two coaxial line connectors are connected with the control circuit board, the control circuit board is connected with the computer through a control cable, and the two coaxial line connectors are connected with connectors on the microwave resonance cavity through radio frequency coaxial lines respectively.
