Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a Hopkinson bar system positioning device and method. A positioning groove in the positioning device is provided with a positioning boss and symmetric small seams. The bottom of a positioning cover is provided with symmetric steps. A clamping device is composed of an upper semicircle and a lower semicircle. The clamping device is a hold-down mechanism. When the positioning device is used for conducting positioning, firstly, the axial positions of strain gauges on a Hopkinson bar are determined according to the experiment demands, signs are marked at the positions, the circumferential small seams of the positioning groove are aligned with the signs, and the positioning cover closely abuts against the positioning boss on the positioning groove, is closely attached to the positioning groove and then is clamped through the clamping device; secondly, a marking tool is used for marking a circumferential positioning line along the circumferential small seams of the positioning groove and the end of the positioning cover and marking an axial positioning line along the top of the positioning groove, and the intersection lines formed by the two positioning lines are the positions where the strain gauges are pasted. Through the Hopkinson bar system positioning device and method, the strain gauges which are symmetrically pasted on a Hopkinson bar system can be accurately positioned, and the experimental accuracy can be improved. |
