Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a reference circle aperture positioning device and an aperture positioning method. The reference circle aperture positioning device comprises a dividing plate, a measuring tape plate which is movably positioned on the dividing plate and a straightedge assembly. Through the reference circle aperture positioning device and the aperture positioning method, only one operator can perform the aperture positioning of the reference circle. The aperture device is portable and easy to operate, and is high in efficiency and precise in positioning. The reference circle can be changed in the range of the requirement.
