Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an adsorption tower heat exchange unit and an adsorption tower provided with the same. The adsorption tower heat exchange unit comprises a heat exchange cylinder; an external heat exchange jacket arranged on the outer side of the heat exchange cylinder; heat exchange tube assembles which are at least partially disposed inside the heat exchange cylinder; and fins circumferentially arranged on the outer walls of the heat exchange tube assemblies. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, a problem in the prior art that heat exchange effects of an active carbon adsorption tower are poor can be solved.
