The inside of the heat conduction pipe is in a vacuum state, the heat conduction pipe is filled with superconductive liquid, and the liquid level height of the superconductive liquid is not smaller than the height of a heating part of the heating block. The heating block is provided with a binding post, and a 220 V voltage is applied to the heating block through the binding post.
