Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a high-position discharging lifting moving arm energy-saving control system which comprises an oil way system and a circuit system. The oil way system comprises a first single-way valve, a guiding overflow valve, a guiding valve, a working pump, a second single-way valve, a multi-way valve, a guiding valve and a constant value pressure reducing valve. The circuit system comprises a solenoid valve, a pressure relay, a proximity switch and a power supply. The second single-way valve is connected between a large cavity of a tipping bucket cylinder and an oil tank, so that oil supplementing is carried out on the tipping bucket cylinder. The solenoid valve is connected between the multi-way valve and the oil tank. By reversing of the solenoid valve, a small cavity of the tipping bucket cylinder is directly communicated with the oil tank, and oil returning is carried out. According to the whole energy-saving control system, when a bucket unloading limiting block is allowed to be attached to a moving arm, the moving arm is lifted continuously; by removing a tipping bucket cylinder large cavity sucking-empty phenomenon and small cavity smooth overflowing at the same time, automatic elongation of the tipping bucket cylinder can be achieved smoothly; resistance caused by tipping bucket cylinder elongation during moving arm lifting is lowered; energy loss is reduced. The flexibility and the working adaptability of a whole machine are improved.
