Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to a drying technology for paper and a paperboard. Processed soft water is conveyed into a pressure-bearing hot water boiler through a boiler water pump, the water inside the boiler is heated to be superheated water at the temperature ranging from 155 to 165, the superheated water is conveyed to a high temperature tower through a pipeline, the superheated water inside the high temperature tower is conveyed into hot press boards of a hot press through a circulating pump, a warm paperboard slab with the water content ranging from 60% to 80% is sandwiched between the hot press boards, the heat of the superheated water is absorbed, the moisture of the warm paperboard slab is evaporated, and the warm paperboard slab is changed into a dried paperboard with the water content ranging from 4% to 6%; low-temperature water with the temperature ranging from 120 to 140 discharged from the hot press boards of the hot press is conveyed back to the lower portion of the high temperature tower, the water at the lower portion of the high temperature tower is conveyed to the pressure-bearing hot water boiler again through the boiler water pump, therefore, the boiler water is heated to be the superheated water with the temperature ranging from 155 to 165 again, the superheated water is conveyed into the high temperature tower again through the pipeline, and the water is circulated. According to the drying technology, the quality of products is good, the energy resources are saved, and the pollution is reduced. |
