Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses nanocrystalline microsphere additives and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method includes the following steps that (1) one or more of manganite, industrial water and dispersing agents of a preset weight percentage are put into a stirring barrel and stirred for 30-60 min, and uniform slurry dispersoid is formed; (2) the slurry dispersoid is conveyed to a bead mill to be ground through a first pump; (3) the slurry dispersoid ground through the bead mill is conveyed through a pipeline and the first pump and enters the bead mill to be circularly ground; (4) the step (3) is repeated and grinding is stopped until the grain size of the slurry dispersoid reaches the preset range; (5) the slurry dispersoid reaching the preset grain size is the mother liquor of the nanocrystalline microsphere additives, and the mother liquor of the nanocrystalline microsphere additives is diluted and dispersed to be prepared into the nanocrystalline microsphere additives. According to the preparation method, the slurry dispersoid is circularly ground and continuously fed, the nano bead mill can be designed to be free of a screen mesh, and the technical problems that an existing bead mill system can not meet the requirement that the powder grinding grain size reaches the nano level, continuous material input for production can not be realized, and the yield is too small are resolved.
