Zusammenfassung: | A production method of a high-performance wide-specification bridge steel plate, and belongs to the technical field of controlled rolling of low-carbon structural steel. The production process comprise steps of: a smelting process by using converter smelting for top-blown or top-bottom blowing; vacuum treatment by LF furnace and RH furnace; casting process: thickness specifications of 300mm and width of 1800-2400mm; heating process: heating temperature between 1150-1250 DEG C, and high-pressure water descaling after discharging; rolling process: using a dual rack two-stage controlled rolling process rough rolling stage; using the longitudinal direction of the casting blank as the width direction of the steel plate in a rough rolling stage; and conducting a finish rolling stage with start rolling temperature of 800-950 DEG C and finish rolling temperature at 770-870 DEG C, and conducting ACC cooling after rolling. The high-performance wide-specification bridge steel plate has the advantages of high strength, good low temperature toughness and thickness directional performance. |
