Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a large-scale preparation method of neutral stem cells and applications thereof in the fields such as cell transplantation, stem cell culture, amplification and directional differentiation, nervous system disease treatment, and the like. The neural stem cell is prepared by the following steps: extracting neural stem cells from young animal or fetal brain tissues by co-using a mechanical method, an enzyme method, a mechanical-enzyme method, and a density gradient centrifugation method; culturing the neural stem cells in vitro in a large scale, amplifying the neural stem cells, verifying the neural stem cells, and finally freezing the neural stem cells for later use. The efficiency of the provided large-scale preparation method is improved by 10 to 1000 times, compared with that of conventional methods, and the large-scale preparation method can be applied to tissue engineering research and production of neural stem cell preparation and stem cell drugs.
