The anti-abrasion ultraviolet-resistant polypropylene cable material is characterized by comprising, by weight, 40 parts of metallocene linear polyethylene, 22 parts of atactic polypropylene, 38 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 0.1-0.8 part of antioxygen, 5-15 parts of stabilizer, 20-50 parts of high-temperature plasticizer, 10-30 parts of filler, 0.1-0.5 part of UV absorbent, 0-0.1 part of 4,4-bis(6-mercaptophenyl) sulfide, 1-10 parts of calcium stearate, 1-10 pars of zinc stearate, 1-10 parts of lubricating agent, 1-10 parts of anti-abrasion powder, 1-10 parts of antimonous oxide and 5-20 parts of nano active light calcium carbonate. According to the anti-abrasion ultraviolet-resistant polypropylene cable material, the production formula and additives are improved, and thus a cable sheath and a core wire are made to have high abrasion resistance, high impact resistance and high cold resistance; the anti-abrasion powder and the high-temperature plasticizer are fused, so that the hardness and surface density of a cable are improved, and thus the anti-friction effect is achieved. The UV absorbent UV531 is added and the synergistic effect is achieved through the 4,4-bis(6-mercaptophenyl) sulfide and the UV531, in this way, ultraviolet light with the wavelength being 270-330 nm can be greatly absorbed, and the ultraviolet resistance is high. |
