Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a low-carbon ordinary Portland cement and a manufacturing method thereof. The low-carbon ordinary Portland cement comprises, by weight, 76-81% of clinker, 3-5% of industrial flue gas desulfurization gypsum, 6-12% of fly ash and 4-10% of waste lime stone powder. The low-carbon ordinary Portland cement is manufactured through a low-grade raw material and industrial solid waste, the low-grade raw material is high-silicon low-calcium low-grade limestone, and the industrial solid waste comprises the industrial flue gas desulfurization gypsum, coal residues, sulfuric-acid residues, high-aluminum low-iron mud, the fly ash, the waste lime stone powder and the like. Through testing and calculation, the CO2 emission amount of unit of the low-carbon ordinary Portland cement is lower than that of unit ordinary Portland cement specified in Technical requirement for Environmental Labeling Products (HJ2519-2012) of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and the CO2 emission amount threshold of the unit ordinary Portland cement is 665kg/t.
