The apparatus for manufacturing float glass is provided with a bath accommodating molten metal, a supply part arranged on an end part of an upstream side of the bath and supplying molten glass to molten metal in the bath; a separation part dividing the above space of the bath; a wall part surrounding the space formed between the supply part and the separation part. The wall part includes metal components. Ni content of the metal component is 20 to 75% of Ni and 25 to 40% of Cr and Al by mass.
