Modified plastic granulator

A modified plastic granulator comprises a metal cylinder, a feeding hopper, a motor and the like. The modified plastic granulator is characterized by further comprising an air heater, a filtering device, a cooling water inlet pipe and a cooling water outlet pipe, the feeding hopper is arranged at the upper end of the metal cylinder, the filtering device is arranged between the feeding hopper and the metal cylinder, the air heater is arranged on the inner wall of the feeding hopper, a conveying roller is mounted in the metal cylinder and connected with the motor, and a heater is mounted on the conveying roller. The modified plastic granulator has the advantages that the air heater is arranged on the inner wall of a feeding port, so that the problem of low product quality caused by entering of moist modified plastic granules is avoided; since the filtering device is added between the feeding port and the metal cylinder, equipment damage degree can be decreased, equipment service life can be prolonged and product quality can be improved; the cooling water inlet pipe and the cooling water outlet pipe are arranged above and below a mould head respectively, and accordingly, die head cooling speed is increased, the situations that discharged materials are not in strips and stuck on the mould head are avoided, and the product quality is further improved.
