Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a push-bending forming method and mechanism of a spatial spiral pipe with a straight segment. The push-bending forming method is characterized in that the method includes the steps that firstly, the tail of a straight pipe required to be conducted through a push-bending forming process is clamped to a pipe bending machine, and the other end of the straight pipe is arranged among two guide wheels (3 and 4), a center wheel (9) and a push-bending small wheel (5) and clamped; meanwhile, a triangular inclined block (7) with the inclined angle the same as the helix angle of a spiral pipe is selected and placed at the lower portion of the quasi-bent end of the straight pipe; the push-bending small wheel (5) is moved to be at the set angle according to the finally formed spiral radius, and the end of the straight pipe locally forms a circular arc segment under the common constraint of the guide wheels, the push-bending small wheel and the center wheel; finally a main shaft of the pipe bending machine is controlled to conduct horizontal feeding so as to enable the straight pipe to move forwards in the horizontal direction, a pipe clamping mechanism of the pipe bending machine moves forwards synchronously along with the straight pipe, and the required spiral pipe is obtained through the straight pipe under the combined action of the guide wheels, the push-bending small wheel, the center wheel and the triangular inclined block. By means of the push-bending forming method and mechanism, the die cost is lowered, and efficiency is improved. |
