Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a microwave extraction process for polyphenol in Phyllanthus emblica. The microwave extraction process comprises the following steps of adding freeze-dried powder of the Phyllanthus emblica to ethanol of which the feed liquid mass ratio is 1:10 to 1:30, and performing microwave-assisted extraction, wherein the microwave power is 240W to 560 W, the microwave time is 20s to 40s, and the ethanol concentration is 60 percent to 80 percent; determining and calculating the yield of the polyphenol by the Folin-Ciocalteu method. The microwave extraction process provided by the invention is simple and reasonable in operation, does not have high demands on equipment, and is conductive to be put into production.
