The galangal liquid beverage is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 500-3000 parts of galangal, 500-3200 parts of ginger, 100-1500 parts of siraitia grosvenorii, 100-1500 parts of licorice roots, 200-1000 parts of cane sugar, 200-1000 parts of brown sugar, 100-1000 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide, 1-100 parts of vitamin C, 200-1000 parts of sorbitol and 200-1500 parts of xylitol, and the galangal liquid beverage is prepared through the technologies of preprocessing the raw materials, decocting the preprocessed raw materials, filtering the decocted raw materials and mixing filtrate. The invention further provides the preparation method of the galangal liquid beverage.
