The osmanthus-flavored stomach-warming nutritional rice is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-25 parts of rice bran, 40-50 parts of polished round-grained rice, 90-100 parts of sorghum flour, 8-10 parts of ginger grains, 8-12 parts of osmanthus, 10-12 parts of honey, 1-2 parts of folium photiniae, 2-3 parts of durian kernels, 1-2 parts of flos caryophylli, 1-2 parts of pad ka-paw and a proper amount of walnut oil. According to the osmanthus-flavored stomach-warming nutritional rice disclosed by the invention, the rice bran is added to process and emulsify the rice, so that the rice is more fragrant in taste and is more sparkling and crystal-clear and mellow and full in grain.
