Zusammenfassung: | The present invention discloses a preparation method of pure natural wheat germ tea which comprises the following steps: wheat germ extracting, drying, crushing and stabilized treating. Firstly, high temperature and high pressure steaming, and low temperature and low pressure steaming are used to promote the full activation of different active substances in the wheat germ respectively, and then the two differently treated wheat germs are combined to interact with each other, and then microwave stirring, heating, stabilized treating, infrared thermal enzyme inactivating, and drying technology are combined to process the wheat germ. The preparation method maximumly ensures the nutrients of the processed wheat germ, the processed wheat germ is pure and natural and rich in nutrition, has long shelf life and is convenient to consume, can be ready to drink once being brewed, and also can be used in porridges or soups. |
