The multipurpose biscuits comprise low-gluten flour, buckwheat powder, water, dietary fiber, xylitol, colocasia esculenta schott, rorippa globosa, hericium erinaceus, soda powder, highland barley powder, codonopsis pilosula, astragalus membranaceus, root of kudzu vine, plantain herb, Chinese yam, table salt, linseed oil and food additives which are prepared into the multipurpose biscuits through processes of smashing, mixing, stirring, fermenting and roasting. By adding the medicinal and edible raw materials codonopsis pilosula, astragalus membranaceus, root of kudzu vine, plantain herb, Chinese yam and buckwheat, the multipurpose biscuits satisfy the demand of crowds with hypertension, hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia. Moreover, by adding colocasia esculenta schott, rorippa globosa and hericium erinaceus, the multipurpose biscuits are more suitable for people with gastro-intestinal discomfort to eat.
