The invention discloses a method for separating fresh sporocarp tissues of antrodia cinnamomea. The method comprises the step: taking down an antrodia cinnamomea mushroom body from basswood by using a blade and packaging the antrodia cinnamomea mushroom body and putting the antrodia cinnamomea mushroom body in a bio-safety operation table; carrying out ultraviolet irradiation and alcohol disinfection on the bio-safety operation table; scrubbing the surface of the antrodia cinnamomea mushroom body by using cleaning gauze wetted by 75% ethanol; cutting off the skin of the mushroom body by using a sharp knife, cutting the pulp inside into 0.5cm small blocks and inoculating the small blocks into a culture medium; putting the culture medium at 25 DEG C for culture, cutting down mycelia which quickly grow in the periphery and transplanting the mycelia to a novel culture medium when the mycelia grow to 2/3 of the culture medium, and transplanting the mycelia for predetermined times to obtain an excellent culture. The method for separating fresh sporocarp tissues of antrodia cinnamomea disclosed by the invention can be used for quickly separating fresh sporocarp tissues of antrodia cinnamomea.
