The method disclosed by the invention comprises: shearing the cuttings; storing the sheared cuttings; soaking the cuttings in a rooting powder solution; and carrying out cuttage. According to the embodiment, the germination time of the salix brachypoda cuttings is averagely shortened by 5-8 days compared with that of the unprocessed salix brachypoda cuttings; a quick seedling recovering process for pre-processed salix brachypoda cuttings can be realized within 3-7 days; the survival rate is higher than 95%; and the constructed wetland recovering efficiency is effectively improved. The method is applied to the salix brachypoda breeding field.
