Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a CMOS-based high-precision numerically-control oscillator delay basic unit. The CMOS-based high-precision numerically-control oscillator delay basic unit structure comprises a coarse adjustment part which comprises at least one standard cell library-based unit with a phase inverting function, and a fine adjustment part which comprises a plurality of transistor width-adjustable PMOS transistor array. With the numerically-control oscillator delay basic unit adopted, a numerically-control oscillator can obtain high-precision delay time; and since the delay time is in a linear corresponding relationship with the width of PMOS transistors, and therefore, the implementation complexity of a system is low. |
