The transistor switch comprises a signal input end, a signal output end, a first transistor, a control input end and a first resistor, wherein a source of the first transistor is connected to the signal input end, and a drain of the first transistor is connected to the signal output end; the control input end is used for inputting a control voltage; and a first end of the first resistor is connected to a grid of the first transistor, and a second end of the first resistor is connected to the control input end. The transistor switch solves the technical problem of slow speed of transistor switches in the prior art. |
