Zusammenfassung:	The invention is suitable for the electric vehicle field and provides an electric-vehicle vehicle-mounted digital charger. The charger comprises a flyback switching power supply AC-DC circuit, a peak voltage absorption loop, a sampling feedback circuit and an output constant-current constant-voltage circuit. The flyback switching power supply AC-DC circuit is an electric energy transmission main circuit. The circuit is connected to the peak voltage absorption loop, the sampling feedback circuit and the output constant-current constant-voltage circuit respectively. By using a technical scheme provided in the invention, an advantage that an AC-DC circuit topology is used to realize a DC-DC conversion unprecedented application is possessed.
