Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a handheld anti-drop speed-variable crank, which comprises a Z-shaped crank body and is characterized in that the end part of a straight edge of the Z-shaped crank body is provided with a primary-stage gear whose end face is vertical with the straight edge of the Z-shaped crank body, the primary-stage gear is outputted by a final-stage gear through being transmitted by one or more stages of gears, the number of output turns of the final-stage gear is greater than the number of input turns of the primary-stage gear, and the final-stage gear is coaxial with a socket of a socket wrench. The handheld anti-drop speed-variable crank disclosed by the invention has the advantages of light net weight and small size, reduces the number of rocking turns, prevents dropping and is convenient to use.
