Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for determining a sediment and 19 chlorophenols in soil by a gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer; the method comprises the steps: selecting and using an NaOH solution for separating the sediment and the free chlorophenols in the soil, after phosphoric acid dissolving of sodium, extracting by a dichloromethane-n-hexane solution, carrying out concentrated derivatization, then determining a standard working liquid series and a sample detection liquid by the gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer bombarded with an EI ion source under same conditions, qualifying according to same or similar retention times of sample detection liquid to-be-measured substances and standard working liquid to-be-measured substances and same or similar target characteristic ion abundances, and quantifying by a standard curve internal standard method. The accuracy and precision of the method for determining the sample detection liquid measured substances are good, the detection limit of the 19 chlorophenols is in a range of 0.05 [mu]g/kg-0.1 [mu]g/kg, and the adding standard recovery rate meets pollutant analysis requirements.
