Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a sealing structure of a vehicle exhaust system and a sealing method. The sealing structure comprises a first connecting flange and a second connecting flange connected with the first connecting flange. A sealing ring is arranged in a cavity formed by connection between the first connecting flange and the second connecting flange. The vehicle exhaust system is sealed in such a manner that the sealing method utilizes the above sealing structure of the vehicle exhaust system. The sealing structure of the vehicle exhaust system and the sealing method have following beneficial effects: reliable and stable connection of the vehicle exhaust system in a sealing mode is achieved; cost and weight of the sealing structure are reduced; and sealing performance is improved.
